Industry Ventures is a leading secondary fund focused on the venture capital asset class. We offer an exit option for investors and shareholders in private companies and venture capital partnerships. Our team has the operational leverage to quickly and flexibly evaluate, structure and purchase investments between $250k and $50m. Our Limited Partners include leading financial institutions, pension funds, investment trusts, family foundations, and endowments. These investors bring unique value to our investments in the form of primary capital and as formal advisors to some of our investment partnerships. We currently manage six funds representing $500m of capital and over eighty individual secondary investments.
