Scott Raskin
Chief Executive Officer

A strategic and dynamic business executive with more than 20 years of high-tech industry experience, Scott Raskin continues to build upon his record of successful leadership.

Scott’s strategic vision has transformed Mindjet from a developer of mind mapping software to a cross platform provider of information mapping, collaboration and cloud-based business productivity solutions. The results of this vision have fueled the growth of a passionate customer base to 1.8 million paid users worldwide. Global customers range from SMBs to iconic brands like Bayer®, BMW®, Coca-Cola®, Credit Suisse®, Dow Corning®, Microsoft®, Procter & Gamble® and Rolex®. Forty-five of BusinessWeek's® 50 "World's Most Innovative Companies” use Mindjet solutions to clarify thinking, dramatically boost productivity and increase team effectiveness.

Scott came to Mindjet after 5 years at Telelogic, where he served as President & Chief Operating Officer. At Telelogic, Scott guided the company through strategic acquisitions and extensive organic growth building a team of more than 1,200 employees in 30 countries. His efforts culminated when International Business Machines (IBM) acquired the company for $845 million.

Scott also served as vice president of sales and corporate development at Nexgenix, a pioneer and leading provider of internet and e-commerce solutions. At Nexgenix he built a revenue and sales engine from the ground up and grew revenues to over $55 million per year. Under his direct leadership the company counted 25 consecutive quarters of profitable growth. In his career, Scott has also held senior management positions at Bachman Information Systems and MAI Basic Four.

Scott currently serves as president of the San Francisco Bay Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), a peer network of 17,000 company presidents and CEO’s in more than 100 countries and has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas, Austin.

Jeremy Jaech
President and CEO, Verdiem

Jeremy Jaech has 20 years of insight, leadership and market-creation strategy behind some of today's most recognizable software, including Microsoft Visio and Adobe PageMaker. As CEO of Verdiem, Jeremy leads the company's corporate development and strategy in broadening the company's impact and seizing evolving market and policy opportunities, with a focus on growing the company's partner and channel relationships.

Most recently, Jeremy served as co-founder and CEO of Trumba, which makes calendaring web services for companies to manage events online. He also co-founded and served as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Visio, developing the breakthrough technology from 1990 until its acquisition by the Microsoft Corporation in 2000. Jeremy began his entrepreneurial path by founding Aldus Corporation in 1984, the first company to create graphical design software for consumers. On the heels of PageMaker's success, Jeremy was appointed Aldus' Vice President of Engineering and oversaw the development of all Aldus products before it was acquired by Adobe in 1994.

Jeremy also serves on the Board of Directors of Doyenz, Trumba, Cozi, and has contributed as a scientist at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory at the Battelle Research Center. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Washington.

Noah Walley
Managing Director, Investor Growth Capital

Noah Walley leads Investor Growth Capital's Information Technology investing activities in North America. He joined Investor Growth Capital in 2003 as a Managing Director having previously spent five years as a General Partner with Morgan Stanley Venture Partners in New York.

Noah has a J.D. from Stanford Law School and earned M.A. and B.A. degrees (first class) from Oxford University. Noah works out of ICG's New York office and focuses on software and technology-based services investments.

Noah currently serves as a Director on the Board of ContextWeb, ePAC, Foresee Results, Greenway Medical Technologies, Mindjet, ReCellular, Siperian, Tangoe, Venda and Visiprise.

Mike Jetter
Founder

Mike Jetter is the creator of MindManager. His work on MindManager started 1994 in a German cancer ward while he was being treated for leukemia. His intent was to leave behind some kind of legacy - that would make computer use more enjoyable and natural. Consequentially this led to the creation of Mindjet where he hold the position as Chief Technology Officer until 2006.

Together with his wife Bettina, he was awarded the Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Frankfurt, Germany in 2004, in the category of Information Technology. In addition, the Jetters have been recognized for their achievements in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, as well as several other technical publications. In 2003 their story, was published as the book "The Cancer Code – How a Journey Through Leukemia Led to a Software that Changed the Way People Work" (www.cancercode.com).

Mike is in the throes of creating a new company, Coaching Sanctuary. This innovative Web 2.0 application provides a pathway for women over forty to discover and cultivate their true selves. Women are guided through a journey and supported with content and tools that inspire and empower them to live more authentic, fulfilled lives. Mike Jetter holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Technical University of Munich.
