Participate in Mindjet’s User Research

 

 

We are committed to improving our products and learn immensely by observing and speaking to our users and prospective users. You can help us by participating to our research, which includes usability studies, focus groups, interviews, surveys, and field research.

Some studies take place face-to-face in our San Francisco labs and require you to come in to our office while other research projects are conducted remotely via web conferencing tools or involve our visiting you at your place of business.

What’s involved?

Every study is different but the most typical research we do involves using our products and completing some tasks while we observe and interview you about your experience.

Sessions generally take place between 9 am – 5 pm PST but we will do our best to accommodate our participants’ schedules.

Sessions typically last between 1 to 2 hours depending on the study.

Compensation may include gifts, online store e-cards, and/or software.
