MindManager X5 Pro and X5 were developed before Windows Vista was released and therefore are not supported when installed on Windows Vista. The first build of MindManager to officially support installation on Windows Vista was MindManager 6 version 6.2.399, almost 18 months after further development on MindManager X5 had ceased. Because of this, it is not recommended that users install MindManager X5 Pro and X5 on a Vista Machine.
For official support on Vista, users should upgrade to the current product, MindManager 7.
