During the coverage period of the Maintenance and Support plan, eligible participants are entitled to product upgrades, updates and service pack announcements, live helpdesk assistance, and other benefits.

Telephone Helpdesk SupportExperienced Helpdesk support is available during local time zone business hours, generally Monday through Friday between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M, excluding national holidays recognized in the locale of the Helpdesk.

Toll-Free or Low-Cost Phone AccessDedicated phone lines into the Support Helpdesk.
Large-Scale Deployment AssistanceMindjet Support will provide additional documentation and assistance to address the requirements of installation and deployment of Mindjet products across the enterprise.
Designated ContactsTo help enterprise customer stay in touch with front line issues, Mindjet manages all Maintenance & Support plan communication through designated contacts and/or the customers’ internal helpdesks.
