The relative location of sub-branches is typically not preserved when exporting a branch.

To work around this issues, you can use MindManager's numbering feature:

1. Highlight the branch's title you are exporting.
2. Go to Format -- Toolkit and click on Quick just below Numbering.
3. Export the branch.
4. On the new map, highlight the map's title.
5. Open the Toolkit, click on Quick under Sort Branches.
6. To remove the numbering, click on Delete just below Numbering.

You can also manually sort the branches:

1. Export the Branch.
2. On the new map, highlight the map's title.
3. Go to Format - Order of Branches and rearrange the order.
4. Go to the Toolkit and click on Custom Order.
