Java outline asks for registration to "BSC"

This message is caused by the file 'mindmantoc2.out' which is created during HTML export. The reasons it would appear are:
- The file was transferred by FTP using ASCII mode. Use BINARY mode instead
- The file was manually changed after export. This is not possible since our licensing of the Java Outline allows no editing of this file
- The exported HTML files were opened and edited e.g. in Frontpage. This may change the source files in a way to cause the mentioned problem
