We are pleased to announce the launch of the new Mindjet Global Partner Program. We believe that our success lies in the success of our partners, and in building a new partner program we aim to build and support 'win-win' relationships that help better serve customers together, stimulate new sales, and grow a profitable business.

The Mindjet Global Partner Program was designed to align with your business model, and to leverage and reward the value you bring to customers. Our goal was a clear, simple program that engages, motivates and supports partners in sales and service to Mindjet customers.

The new Mindjet Global Partner Program, which launches in July 2006 and will roll out in phases over the next twelve months, delivers its supporting tools and resources to three distinct partner categories: Channel Partners, Technology Partners and Training Partners.

In this first phase of the program rollout we are launching a new structure and benefits for the Channel Partner category. Two Channel Partner levels, with two profiles at the higher level, have been designated with each providing a wide array of training, tools and support resources to enable partners to grow and expand their existing business. Benefits and requirements are aligned with each partnership level, and will be phased in over the coming twelve months. In most cases, existing partners will recognize an enhancement in support and resources to help develop revenue opportunities and better support our mutual customers.

At Mindjet, our goal is to have a best-in-class global partner program that enables the success of the three parties in the relationship: Mindjet, our partners, and our mutual customers. We are enthusiastic about this new program and the rewards it will bring.
