Scott Raskin

Chief Executive Officer, Mindjet

Scott Raskin has been Mindjet’s president, chief executive officer, and a member of our board of directors since 2006.


Scott is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall strategic direction, planning, and execution of top-level initiatives. He is a dynamic leader with over two decades of experience building high-growth, profitable technology companies, and he continues to build upon his record of success at Mindjet.


Raskin’s strategic vision has helped evolve Mindjet from a mind mapping and brainstorming software company to the leading provider of enterprise cloud software that accelerates and drives open innovation through the visualization and crowdsourcing of ideas.


Scott joined Mindjet after five years at Telelogic, where he served as president and chief operating officer. At Telelogic, Scott guided the company through several strategic acquisitions and extensive organic growth, building a team of more than 1,100 employees in 22 countries. His efforts culminated when International Business Machines (IBM) acquired Telelogic for $845 million. Scott currently sits on the board of Cision AB (CSN: Stockholm), the leading provider of cloud software, services, and tools for the public relations and marketing industries.


Scott is the current president of the San Francisco Bay Chapter of World Presidents’ Organization, and is a past president of the San Francisco Bay Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization, a peer network of 17,000 company presidents and CEOs that spans across 100 countries.


Scott graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.

Noah Walley

Managing Director, Investor Group Capital

Noah Walley leads IGC’s information technology investing activities in North America. He joined Investor Growth Capital in 2003 as a managing director, having previously spent five years as a general partner with Morgan Stanley Venture Partners in New York, and has been working as a venture capitalist since 1994. Prior to that, he spent four years with McKinsey & Company and began his career in investment banking with NM Rothschild & Sons in London. Noah works out of IGC’s New York office and focuses on software and technology-based services investments.


Noah has served on over 25 private company boards in the course of his career. In addition to Mindjet, he currently serves as a director on the boards of Antenna Software, Aternity, Foresee Results, Greenway Medical Technologies, Pulsepoint, ReCellular, Retail Solutions, Tangoe, and Venda. He previously served, amongst other companies, as a director on the Boards of Constant Contact,, Tallan (acquired by CMGi), Visiprise (acquired by SAP), and Siperian (acquired by Informatica).


Noah has a juris doctor from Stanford Law School and earned his master and bachelor’s degrees from Oxford University.

Jeremy Jaech

CEO, SNUPI Technologies

Jeremy Jaech is a technology and software entrepreneur with over 25 years of industry experience. Previously, he co-founded Aldus, which invented desktop publishing through its PageMaker software, which was eventually acquired by Adobe. He then led the team that founded Visio, another game-changing software company that brought engineering drawing to the masses. Visio was then acquired by Microsoft in 2009. He led the founding team at Verdiem, a company in the enterprise PC energy management space, and currently serves on the board of directors at Control 4.


Jaech currently serves as a University of Washington Regent. He is also involved with Mindjet Corporation, Trumba Corporation and UW’s College of Engineering Visiting Committee. He is chair emeritus of the Technology Alliance Board.


In 2009, Jaech was named one of the top 25 Innovators & Entrepreneurs by Seattle Business magazine, and in 2006, won the UW’s College of Engineering Diamond Award for Entrepreneurial Excellence. Recently, Jaech was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award at Seattle Business magazine’s 2013 Tech Impact Awards.


He holds a master’s degree in computer science and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Washington.
