Scott Raskin has been Mindjet’s president, chief executive officer, and a member of our board of directors since 2006. Scott is responsible for overseeing the company’s overall strategic direction, planning, and execution of top-level initiatives. He is a dynamic leader with over two decades of experience building high-growth, profitable technology companies, and he continues to build upon his record of success at Mindjet.
Raskin joined Mindjet after five years at Telelogic, where he served as president and chief operating officer. At Telelogic, Scott guided the company through several strategic acquisitions and extensive organic growth, building a team of more than 1,100 employees in 22 countries. His efforts culminated when International Business Machines (IBM) acquired Telelogic for $845 million. Scott currently sits on the board of Cision AB (CSN: Stockholm), the leading provider of cloud software, services, and tools for the public relations and marketing industries.
Raskin is the current president of the San Francisco Bay Chapter of World Presidents’ Organization, and is a past president of the San Francisco Bay Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization, a peer network of 17,000 company presidents and CEOs that spans across 100 countries.
Raskin graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
Over the last 25 years, Steve Anderson has helped drive the growth of many tech companies through rapid domestic and international expansion, strategic fundraising, and mergers and acquisitions. He brings with him a successful track record in the financial management of venture-backed and publicly traded technology companies to oversee Mindjet’s worldwide finance and administrative operations.
Prior to joining Mindjet, Anderson served as the CFO at Clairmail, Inc., a venture-backed provider of mobile banking solutions, before leading its sale to Monitise, PLC. Previously, Anderson was CFO of Good Technology, Trigo Technologies, Capstan Systems, and Navis, LLC, and also held executive positions at Metricom, Inc. He began his career at Arthur Andersen where he spent eight years working with a wide variety of public and private companies.
Anderson graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.
As President, Todd Clyde leads the global MindManager organization. As a member of the Mindjet Executive team, Clyde played a leadership role in the decision to establish separate lines of business for MindManager and the Spigit innovation software and was the obvious choice to define and lead the MindManager organization and business objectives going forward. Prior to taking on leadership of the MindManager business, Clyde was EVP, Global Field Operations, for both the MindManager and Spigit businesses.
Todd Clyde came to Mindjet as a seasoned leader in the B2B enterprise software space. He joined Mindjet from Monitise (Clairmail), a provider of enterprise software for mobile banking and payments, where he was EVP of sales & marketing and general manager. Prior to that, Clyde ran sales for two software companies focused on master data management and human capital management respectively. He also served at Accenture for 12 years as part of the industrial products and high tech practices.
Clyde holds a bachelor’s degree in management science from University of California, San Diego.
Ray Polanco is responsible for revenue in the Americas and Asia Pacific regions and leads Sales, Customer Success, Customer Service & Support, Professional Services, and Partner Management. Previously, Ray was Mindjet VP of Customer Success and Services.
Polanco joined Mindjet with over 15 years of professional services management and customer development experience at companies. He has extensive experience in working with both early stage and Fortune 500 companies to develop and build partnerships and trusting customer relationships. Previous roles include VP of Global Services at Lyris, Inc, a marketing SaaS provider, where he managed highly-visible opportunities and was involved in solution architectures, as well as communicating customer needs and coordinating efforts across departments and business units, and senior level positions at Avid Technology, Zhone Technologies and Lucent Technologies.
Polanco holds a B.S. in Business Administration from San Jose State University.
Joerg Steiss is responsible for revenue in Europe, Eastern Europe and the Nordic region and leads Sales, Customer Success, Customer Service & Support, Professional Services, and Partner Management. Previously, Joerg was Mindjet Regional Vice President for DACH, Eastern Europe and Nordics and earlier served as Mindjet Director of Strategic Business Development for Europe.
Prior to joining Mindjet in 2001, Steiss gained experience in a range of engineering roles, including as a network systems engineer working on IT infrastructure projects, a CRM engineer, and an applications developer. He is a founding member of the IAMCP Microsoft Partner Network in Germany, and served as a member of its Board of Directors for many years.
Steiss earned his degree at the Mittelhessen University of Applied Sciences in Germany.
Felicity Wohltman leads Product and Field Marketing worldwide for the MindManager business, managing a global team engaged in marketing campaign development, communications, sales/channel enablement, content creation, and social media marketing. She is also responsible for go-to-market strategy and pricing.
Wohltman is an accomplished marketing executive with over 20 years of experience in software marketing. Prior to joining Mindjet, Wohltman served as Vice President of Marketing for Genius.com, (acquired by CallidusCloud), where she was responsible for go-to-market strategy, product marketing, corporate communications, sales enablement, and customer acquisition programs. Previously, she was Director of Product Marketing with Macromedia (acquired by Adobe) for its Breeze Solutions (later Adobe Connect). Wohltman also spent two years at WebEx Communications (now part of Cisco) as Director of Product Marketing.
Wohltman earned her B.A. in philosophy from Yale University and her MBA from UCLA.
Karissa Sparks leads Digital Marketing worldwide for the MindManager business and is responsible for driving global growth for MindManager through the website, email, online advertising, eCommerce, and other digital channels.
Sparks brings over 20 years of experience in digital marketing and communications for a variety of private companies and academic nonprofits. Prior to joining Mindjet, Sparks served as Vice President of Marketing for Reputation.com, where she led consumer and enterprise marketing. Previously, she was Vice President of Marketing at GreatSchools where she significantly built the brand and grew the online property into a top-500 Quantcast ranked website. Sparks was also a Senior Marketing Analyst with MarketTools (acquired by SurveyMonkey) and has worked as a developer, product manager, and marketing consultant, both independently and in conjunction with technology firms.
Sparks earned her B.A. in Communications from Hollins University.
Diego Devalle is responsible for leading both the Product and the Research and Development teams at MindManager. Devalle brings more than 20 years of experience in executive positions in enterprise software, internet applications, and mobile payments. Devalle also takes great pride in building, leading, and motivating teams to excel. He draws upon a depth of experience and brings a pragmatic approach to developing software platforms.
Prior to Mindjet, Diego built successful global development teams and delivered critical strategic priorities. As an executive, he has experience integrating acquisitions at industry-leading global companies. For example, he served as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Montise Americas, Inc, and the Vice President of Software Development HANA Apps and Chief Product Owner SAP CRM and Promotion Management at SAP Labs. He is also currently a member of the advisory board for Nembol, a digital marketing startup.
Devalle studied Economics at the University of Turin and founded a company, Znort, as a student. He was then recruited to Baan and left school early to follow his passion for technology.
Michael Deutch leads the MindManager Product organization, with responsibility for the entire product portfolio of desktop, SaaS, and mobile applications. Previous roles at Mindjet include leadership positions in product management, product marketing and as MindManager’s chief evangelist.
Prior to joining Mindjet in 2007, Michael was VP of Marketing and Product Management for Project InVision, a leading provider of business performance improvement solutions to professional services organizations (PSOs) and their clients. Earlier, Deutch held project management and consulting roles at QuantumShift, Proxicom, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Deutch holds a B.S. in Business from the State University of New York at Albany.
