Mindjet Software Assurance and Support

During the coverage period of a concluded Mindjet Software Assurance and Support agreement, you are entitled to receive product upgrades, updates and announcements of new service packs and direct helpdesk support, and other support services. Find information on additional services

 

Upgrade Protection Program (UPP)

As an addition to the single license of MindManager, the Upgrade Protection Program is available as a subscription service (with automatic annual renewal). During the contract period, UPP subscribers qualify for product upgrades and updates as well as telephone helpdesk-support. The Upgrade Protection program is valid for MindManager for Windows or MindManager for Mac. Find information on additional services
