  Mindjet Connect platform uses industry standard SSL with 128-bit encryption to protect communications and user data. Mindjet colocation hosting facilities are ISO 27001 and SAS 70 Type II certified. ISO 27001 and SAS 70 are well-recognized global standards for safeguarding of information and intellectual property assets.

• Application Security

  Mindjet Connect was built with inherent security policies that enable the isolation of one customer's data from another customer's data. This is done by the following steps:

  • All documents are protected securely using access controls to designate owners, authors or readers.
  • Access controls can be assigned to the appropriate user without the need for IT intervention.
  • The system does not provide anonymous access to workspaces; instead, access to workspaces is only permitted to invited users.
  • Document Check-Out and Check-In prevents unauthorized editing or over-riding of documents.
