How to make a process map
1. Choose a starting position and place your word or description in a circle.
2. Add arrows to show which direction your process flows as you add steps to your map.
3. Steps should be represented as rectangles with short descriptions inside.
4. If your process requires a decision, put it inside a diamond.
5. More than one arrow should extend from the diamond, each leading to a different outcome.
6. The process map should end with another word or description in a circle.
